Most of engineering job circulars are not published publicly(at newspapers or websites) accept governmental. So, everyone should personally be updated by making relation with seniors. Most of the time engineering job circulars found in different sites or newspapers are not a prestigious one though sometimes reputed companies also publish circular in newspapers or sites due company's own policy. Circular for lecturer/associate prof./asst. prof./professor appointment in different universities both public and private is to be published in newspaper due to the rules of UGC.
